I did the f minor concerto with orchestra a few years ago... I was able to
get parts and a score to it through Lucks Music Library in Michigan.
Unfortunately, since then, my score has turned up missing. :-(

The parts and score were very difficult to read as they looked pretty much
like copies of the manuscript.

Hope this helps a bit. I don't have a phone number for Lucks, but it should
be pretty easy to find.
