This is an off topic response (questions) to your off topic inquiry. It does not
address, nor answer your questions.

I just got my cheque back from Coda stating I had missed their deadline for the
intro special of Finale 2000 and should send them $20 more, bringing the upgrade
to $99 plus shipping and handling. It ticked me off and I tore up the original
cheque.

My question is this: I have '98 and have paid big bucks to stay current with
Finale. Is 2000 enough better, enough improved and does it have enough valuable
features to warrent writing a new cheque and getting over my anger?
