Adding 2 sharps is for clarinets reading concert music.
For Eb pitched horns (alto, bari sax), its
- add three sharps to the bass clef key signature on concert C pitch charts
(e.g., trombone, tuba),
- read it as treble clef,
-sharpen the accidentals on C, F, and G,
-read the rest of the accidentals as is.
