That's just downright and blatantly dishonest.

Only those "in the know" and with suitable facilities. I hope they get
caught.

I know that USC required videotaped auditions last year. If someone can
afford the equipment and personnel required for apparently seamless video
editing (yes, it can be done) they can afford to rent an orchestra should
they need one.
