I have had luck sanding down the cork which controls how far the g# key is
allowed to open. You have to be careful because you dont want to adversely
change the pitch, and you don't want to sand off so much cork that metal hits
the body of the clarinet.

My procedure has been to cut a strip of 320 sandpaper hold it under the cork
and hold the key pressed down (open( while I pull the sandpaper strip onder
it. A swipe or two can do wonders for your g#, also c#. Just don't take off
too much, or you'll be re-corking the key!
