IMHO the intention of this question is not, whether anyone can give a list
of solo concertoes for BC and orchestra to Frederick, but whether anyone can
recommend him a make and type of BC to play on, when being accompanied by
(symphonic) orchestra.

Nonetheless I will draw your attention to two non-American concertoes for
BC:

- Incantations, Theo Loevendie, dedicated to Harry Sparnaay, published by
Donemus, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in1975, very difficult, even to
professianal players, and

- the concerto for BC and eleven players, Joep Straesser, 1989, probably
also published by Donemus Amsterdam, also too difficult for amateur
klarinettists.

The first work has been recorded on Donemus Composers' Voice Highlights CV
24, as to the second work, last week I visited the Utrecht Conservatory in
a concert with compositions by Joep (To Anglosaxonians: Yoop) Straesser,
where it was played by Uldis Locenieks, who is first clarinet with the
Liepaja Orchestra, in Letland. He performed outstandingly, and got a
contract to play the soloist part again in november in the muziekcentrum
Vredenburg in Utrecht on november 23. Probably most people reading this
annunciation will not be able to go there, but if you have any chance to be
there: it is an experience to hear Uldis play. At this moment he is in the
Netherlands in order to participate in the Gaudeamus contest, to be held
next week.

Another work, for BC and windorchestra, very well playable for amateur
clarinettists, is "Spotlights on the bass clarinet" from Jan Haderman,
published by De Haske Music Publishers, Herenveen, the Netherlands
