Catherine,
You should get several recommendations about sources from your posting -
we all have our favorites. With solos that are not in high demand (the
Stravinsky is the only one on your list that is on the "most performed"
list), I would recommend that you get on the phone and call these places to
find out if they have them in stock. If any music store has to order a
foreign publication, it can take a long time to get it across the water or
border.
