For W. Grabner....what's the cliche? Might help, can't hurt. I agree the F#
is the worst note on Eb...the late Jerry Stowell told me once about a
conductor (mercifully I"ve forgotten who) who asked him to start softly on
that high F#, and then crescendo before moving to the G....talk about asking
for an accident to happen! Anyway, contact Scott and see what you think when
you try one of his Eb barrels. He's a wonderful person to deal with. Doug P.
