Stephen,

I had a similiar problem with flat pitch. I play on a Buffet, but have
found that my James Pyne 65mm 1++ has lowered my pitch while still
keeping my tone in tact. I have played with this pyne barrel for about
5 years now with great success in tuning! Hope this helps a little.
