I think the Sabine Meyer recording is superb, and although I do not know
if a recording exists of Shifrin, seek it out - I have heard him play it
live, and he is sublime.

If you're looking for something rediculously showoffy...get the Neidich
recording (it's on his Weber disc). It's kind of almost maddingly
sickening, sort of. ^_^
