I think you may have the dates wrong, because David was in London on
that date, but I know he is travelling to the US on Wednesday 6th Oct.
The reason I know this is because he is teaching me on Tuesday !!!! He
is doing a series of concerts in the LA area during that week, so keep
your eyes pealed
