Correct me if I am wrong, but Sabine Meyer and Charles Neidich have recorded
the Introduction Theme and Variations but I'm not aware of either having
recorded the Rossini Variations for Clarinet and Orch. They are two
different pieces. (I'm a little in the dark here having lost the original
post.. was it the Into or just the Variations?). Wolfgang Meyer has recorded
the Variations with Sabines recording of the Intro Theme and Variations
along with the Krommer Double concertos. (My personal preference for the
recordings of the Krommer double concertos is with Tony Pay and Thomas
Friedli) but the playing overall is wonderful.
