It is a clarinet mouthpiece, all right. But just like metal sax
mouthpieces have smaller outside dimensions than rubber ones, metal
clarinet mouthpieces apparently do, too. It would take a little getting
used to, I am sure, but, speaking from sax experience, it is not all THAT
hard to do. On the other hand, perhaps the current popularity level of
metal clarinet mouthpieces is telling us something.
