Rod,

It's my understanding that the new-ish Vandoren line of mouthpieces ending
in "13" are designed to play at flatter pitch (and my own experiments have
held that up). I'm not sure if they make a 5RV 13, but I think they might
(in other words they take the basic mpc, say B45, and add the 13 after it:
"B45 13"). Check this out!
