Bingo!

I have sat many times in front of the trumpet section, and I have recently
been bold enough to ask them NOT to point their bells directly into my ear.
This can cause pain, and prossible hearing loss.

Somehow, certain people, (NOT ALL FLAMERS) think they have the right to blast
as loudly as they can, anytime they want, especially during breaks and warm
up periods. In one group, I left the stage until the trumpets were done
"warming up", or should I say, shredding their lips.

What have others do in this circumstance???? Stand directly dehind the
trumpets and warm up on High F', F#, and G on the eefer????
