By the way, that's an Eb/Ab, not F# key.

Yes, that key is an available option - in fact, the pictures of the R13s
on Buffet's website includes them, so it almost looks like they're
standard (but they're not, though). I'm just going to guess, because I
don't know, but I would think it's in the range of an additional $100-200
for an option like that. Can't say for sure. I don't plan on adding an
option like that until I purchase my matched set of Greenline Prestiges
(in 500 years or so).
