lips Every time I play, my bottom lip feels as if a hole is being punched
through and it hurts. How can I deal with or fix this? I buy a box of Ezo
denture cushions and cut them into rectangles and fold them over my bottom
teeth when I practice. This is pretty inexpensive and one box lasts forever
and it's been helping me for several years now. MB

Biting is what causes the problem of a constant hurting lip, and the need
for various "solutions" like tape, denture cushions, soaking your power lip
in a baking soda solution, etc.
Fix the problem of biting - and the pain will go away.
