Every time I play, my bottom lip feels as if a hole is being punched
through and it hurts. How can I deal with or fix this?

I buy a box of Ezo denture cushions and cut them into rectangles and fold
them over my bottom teeth when I practice. This is pretty inexpensive and
one box lasts forever and it's been helping me for several years now.
