Subj: [kl] where can I practice in London and Rome?

I am scheduled to go on a business trip
to London and Rome in October.
Since I am away from Japan for almost three
weeks, I am thinking of bringing my
clarinets with me.
Does anyone know if there are places where
a Japanese tourist can practice the instruments
in London and Rome?
