Ted Weber, many years ago while doing his masters, devised a way to
measure the amount of lower jaw/lip pressure was being applied to the
reed while playing. This was done from inside the mouthpiece.
It had something to do with drilling a hole in the top, inserting some
kind of sliding rod that attached to a gauge that was on the outside.
