OK, so there can be many sources of unwanted noise. After a repad on my
Buffet, I had
misplaced the plastic sleeves where the LH levers for B', C', C#' meet the
rest of the key. (There are 2 where the end of the lever fits inside the
rest of the key, the other (C') being a sort of a rocker which activates the
key.) This was the source of the buzzing.

Best way to tell is play a note where you can hear the buzzing, and have
someone else try to stop the noise by pressing on different parts of the
keywork (including the ring round the bell). When the noise stops, you've
found the source of your buzz. 'Course if it was a pro repairman who
repadded, get him to fix it!
