Sure you wanna know? I can get a bit blabby, once I've
started...
OK, I'm a technical writer in the Kansas City area. I've got
a web page filled with incredibly pointless stuff at
http://www.sound.net/~twillis. There's a few MIDI files I
made on my Artsy/Craftsy page of some W.C. Handy sheet
music, if anyone's interested. I'll probably be adding some
of the MIDI files I've made to help myself with my clarinet
lessons, in case there are any other beginner types like
myself.
As far as the clarinet goes, I started back in 5th grade,
and played the same instrument through high school. Now I've
picked it up again 15 years later. I'm still pretty bad... I
can hit the notes, but it's not _music_ (yet) but I'm having
a blast. I'd forgotten how much fun it is to play, even if I
do sound like a Canadian Goose most of the time. Hey, I'll
get better.
