We do now! How would you get nail polish on it in the first place -
never mind - I don't really want to know. <]:o)
I wonder, if one used nail polish to "decorate" a plastic clarinet, how
it would affect the tone? I give my kids stickers on their horns for the
end of band camp (they stay on for the one parade) but I've noticed that
some of the more sentimental in the group put them inside the bell... and
have had them there for several years.
What abomination! What corruption! I would cease and desist but it DOES
help them see themselves as a unit - yadayadayada - they see it as fun
and a minitradition (kinda like putting the ligature on backwards if
you're a senior - that's one we did)

Anyhow, I hope you didn't melt a hole the whole way through.
