What are you going to use your " C" clarinet for?? I recently purchased a
Buffet RC prestige from international musical suppliers. It is a really
awesome instrument. I find the "C" clarinet to be the ideal instrument for
playing klezmer music. I think a lot of people believe that a "C" should
sound just like a "Bb," I think it is a very different sound. My problem is
for years I just transposed off the "C" parts on my gigs, now every now and
then, I accidentally play things in the wrong key. My only complaint is my
"C" cost as much as my Bb and A combined.
