Lomax advertises in ICA's quarterly, The Clarinet. Sorry my most recent
issue is at home.

A very brief search came up empty -- perhaps someone can do an assist.

He is in Missouri and recently had a booth at the 1999 Univ of OK Clarinet
Symposium.
