Personally, I find it much more comfortable to work in pants. I can
understand the necessity of a uniform appearance for some functions, but I
think it is better to be able to focus on the music at ahnd, rather than
whether the edge of my skirt is stuck under my shoe or that I am staining my
skirt with the condensation flowing from my clarinet. Black slacks and a
dark or whitw top is more than adequate.
