I believe you mean edited by McGinnis and Drucker.
As i understand it, they are slowly being allowed to be published. Last i
heard Luyben had the odd number volumes. And i found volume 2 at the
Oklahoma Symposium this past summer.

Does anyone know how to obtain the Orchestral Excerpts for Clarinet
published by International Music, edited by Voxman and McGinnis. It
seems that there is a copyright problem in the US, but that they may be
available in other countries. I would also be interested in the ISBN
numbers if anyone has them now.
