It seems like a lot of folks are having plating problems with their new horns.

If you have what you consider a legitimate complaint, go first to the dealer that
sold you the horn. If you receive no satisfaction from them, go to the company
that made or imported the instrument. If that doesn't work, then....Keep those
letters coming in to this news group, as they are being read by people in charge
at you know where. If the natives get restless enough and if there is a great
public outcry, then the squeaky wheel will, indeed, get the grease.
