"My teacher told me about a new disc just released by Dieter Klocker
featuring a newly found Concerto by W.A. Mozart!!!!! He is going to bring it
to my next lesson (I hope) so I can have a listen. Does anyone know anything
about this?"

Klocker is a well-known student of Mozart and has done some stuff like
"unknown Aria etc" circa 1996 and here is a recording that might be what
your teacher is referring to (and, perhaps not) --- listing courtesy of
hbdirect.com :

Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus (1756-1791) Collections Consortium Classicum.
"?Mozart!, Vol. 5". Quintet in B flat (after K 458); Octet in E flat (after
K452); Quartet in E flat, K deest (rec. premieres of scores attributed to
Mozart) "Dieter Klocker and Consortium Classicum have been around for more
than half of my life and have never failed to impress me with the
consistently high quality of the musical esoterica they unearth and record.
This fifth volume in their ?MOZART! series is no exception...If your
knowledge of 18th Century wind usic is limited to the three serenades of
Mozart, give this a try. It will prove to be an ear-opener." -Carter, ARG

Good hunting, HTH
