All the off brands seem to roll to Jerusalem! Has anyone ever heard of
the Hermes brand of plastic clarinets? I was called to test one, owned
privately. The tone is fine throughout the range, but the f/c key on
the left hand interferes with the e/b key, on the left. Is this
normal? I told the owner to get it checked, maybe this section was
dropped, and the key bent. She didn't think so. I was thinking to have
one of my students, now on a very inferior rental purchase this
instrument.
