The work that was asked about is Beethoven's. I think its called
Wellington's Victory.Its about the last fight that Napolean had.

The tune "For hes a jolly..." is supposed to represent the British
forces. The other bugles are the French forces. Of course, Wellington (
the British) wins the fight.
