I do not think I saw an earlier posting on this so it is I who is
behind. I don't know what part you are playing, but presuming
clarinet 1, let me add that much of what is there is downright
unplayable. And it is the effect that is wanted even more than
the notes. There are a series of 5 notes (4 16ths and and 8th)
that occur repeatedly, and I always found that it didn't really
matter exactly what I played as long as I got the rhythm right.
However, most of the time I played bass clarinet on that piece
and that is not an impossible part.
