I think that the exercises Anne Bell is referring to were developed by
Bill Douglas. Richard Stoltzman and Bill Douglas demonstrated some of
them on a PBS program a number of years ago. My older son studied a
couple of them when he played in the pit in m******* b***. But I think
that the coach got the material directly from Bill Douglas, not from a
published source.
