Patti - don't take it wrong. 95% (at least!) of the people and businesses
using computers have no way to restore their system to where it needs to be
when (not if) it crashes. Sneezy has a backup & is prepared, but it still
took me almost 4 hours to restore everything a few months back when the plug
burned (someone kicked the plug and it was _just_ connecting enough to
spark, boot, burn, and powerdown a few times).
