I have recently purchased several mouthpieces from Gregory Smith. For the
money that I spent, I have gotten personal service, if needed, and
instructions on how to care for the new mouthpieces. I even got a little
bottle of oil to condition them with. The sound and response that I am
getting from them is superior to anything else I have ever used on these
clarinets (my new Patricolas). These are also the only clarinets that I
have played with wooden mouthpieces. I still use my Hites on my Bufett
R-13s. My Hites do not work well with the Patricolas.
