You can easily find several Bb metal clarinets on eBay.

Also, Freeport music (http://www.freeportmusic.com/) sells metal Bb clarinets.
Or you may find metal clarinet at pawn shop or flea market.

However, Confirm if the clarinet doesn't lack any keys before you bid/buy
the clarinet, if you want to play it.
Cheap metal clarinet often has mlacks (several) keys, has dents, etc. You may
pay more for restoring the clarinet than the clarinet itself!
