Also for Benjamin Mass,
In a previous post, I enquired about set-ups for recording clarinet. I
was pretty confusing and mislabelled the brand of microphone which was
reccommended to me [It was an AT 4033, not an AKG 4033].
I am very interested in what you regard as entry level equipment that
could exploit the advantages of digital technology but on a tight budget.
It is the kind of question I deal with fairly often in regards to
purchasing clarinets and understand that there can be no universally
acceptable answer.
Still, I believe making acceptable recordings is an interest that many
of us could use some help with. You have been generous with your expertise
thus far and I look forward to your response.
