In regards to Asthma and Marching. I am diagnosed with Severe Asthma and
used to go into the Emergency room 5 times a year until about 2 years ago.
The big change was in the Preventative Care I did. Here are the meds I'm on:

Maxair - rescue inhaler
Flovent - preventative inhaler
Serevent - preventative inhaler
Accoloate - preventative oral med (i.e. - pill)

I also take Allegra for my allergies. With these meds and monitoring with my
Dr. I haven't had severe asthma attack (having to go to the ER) in 2 years.
The tip of taking a puff or two BEFORE practice is an excellent idea. Also,
unless your Dr. tells you different, keep your rescue inhaler with you at all
times on the field. Use it if you need to. If you find that you are having
to use it too much then make sure you see your Dr.

I hope this helps. I'm sorry if I sounded a bit confusing .... :)
Take care and God Bless

Subject: [donax-m] legere reeds

I was thinking of trying the Legere reed. Anyone out
there have experience with this product. Would it be
a waste of money? Thanks.
