Oh, I have no doubt that Roger is a very good player AND teacher. I doubt
he'd hold the position he does at Illinois Wesleyan if he WEREN'T good.
(But I wonder how the Ill. Wesleyan administration would view his public
behavior and diatribes, conducted over a signature file that includes their
institution's name?)

Unfortunately, Roger has not yet learned the difference between (a) stating
a case for one's beliefs and (b) trying to promote one's beliefs by
ridiculing and insulting those who hold a different opinion.

He also has apparently not yet learned that acting like an ass is not a
prerequisite to being a good musician.
