Sorry if I sounded testy - some of these politically motivated, business
oriented posts are a bit much - even for my thick skin.

Well - that's what I do with people who come to me. But that isn't the
complete definition. Refacing can simply be thought of as altering
an existing mouthpiece - in the curve, tip opeing (all the face parts),
etc. You don't have to see or hear anyone to reface a mouthpiece. To
match a refaced mouthpiece for a person who wants something specific, it
is best to listen and observe.
