I switched in mid-season from my Selmer C85 115 to an O'Brien OB* playing
concert band literature this summer. I found the STABILITY of the crystal
comforting in that environment, and enjoyed its smooth behavior over the
break and in the altissimo. But I'm going back to the Selmer for Big Band
clarinet where the larger sound and great flexibility are assets. It all
depends on what you are trying to do!

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is too loud.
