Mr. Sandroff teaches at the University of Chicago. _Tephillah_ was
commissioned by Yamaha for performance by John Bruce Yeh; it appears on
his recent CD "Dialogues With My Shadow" (Koch 3-7088-2H1) along with
Pierre Boulez's _Dialogue de l'hombre double_, which was written for
Damiens (and thus the circle is now complete!). If you like _Tephillah_,
you'll also enjoy _Dialogue_, and both the Yeh and Damiens performances
are terrific.

Yeh and Sandroff do a performance duo called "Double Dialogue" that
includes these and other pieces; they have a website (sorry I don't have
the URL handy, but it should be easy enough to find under that title)
which probably contains a link to Howard Sandroff at UC. You can ask him
about publication information there.

In return for this (incomplete) information, how about if you share the
catalog information for the Damiens CD? As I recall, it includes the
Sandroff, John Adams's _Gnarly Buttons_, Elliott Carter's Clarinet
Concerto, and Steve Reich's _New York Counterpoint_, and I absolutely
cannot believe that I don't own this disk yet.
