Peter,

You just hit the major tuning problems on the Selmer 33, 37, Buffet 1990-96
models etc. There is no fix except to move tone holes and/or adjust bore.
This is precisely why Buffet came out with their latest model 1193 - which
solved all of those problems. I tried undercutting on previous models and
finally just bought a new Buffet.

Sorry - can't think of another fix.
