I unsubscribed whoever this person was. What you don't know (and I didn't know) was that this person had been trying for several weeks to send large files to the list - the software automatically rejects any posting over 40K in length. I don't know what was in those files, but at least one was 1 Mb in size and all files were returned to sender (he/she ended up spamming their own mailbox).

This person also had subscribed to the list & the digest 20 seconds apart back on July 10th and I guess never had the time to figure out what they had done. They also never had read the bottom of the messages with the instructions _and_ never asked for help via the klarinet-help or owner address. I did send the person the correct addresses to unsubscribe the digest after they had successfully unsubscribed from the list, but I guess they decided not to try anything at all. As anyone who's contacted me about subscribe/unsubscribe problems knows, I explain what has to be done and let you do it. Only in cases where things are really munged up do I do it manually, after you forward the mailing list replies to me. It's too easy to forge email and have someone _else_ unsubscribed.

In this case I performed the unsubscription manually, and have added that address to a "deny" list (it's the only address in there). If the person tries to subscribe again they'll get a message saying that to be allowed on the list they'll need to send a message to the list admin asking to be re-instated.
