Subj: [kl] spellings of "embouchure"
Date: Sun, 25 Jul 1999 11:35:15 -0400

For over five years, I have been monitoring all of the major mailing lists
in the woodwind area. When I first started that practice, I was surprised
to observe that one of the words we most often use, "embouchure," was
often mispelled in various ways. I started making a list of those
variations in spelling, and I append below my list as it stands today. I
give you my assurances that all of these have been gleaned from the
internet - none are of my own devising.
