Sweaty fingers

Some time ago one of the bass players in the Toronto Symphony told me of
some liquid that can keep the fingers dry.
It was an embalming concoction and I hesitate even to mention the name
of it. Of course it's poisonous.

I just spoke my brother in law who is a druggist and he said that if one
could obtain a solution of 10% aluminum that would do the trick, Maybe
even a little stronger solution.
Actually that is the stuff they use in deodorants.
If you get it, make sure its out of children's' reach.
