Am prepared to stay in after school for this...
(Netiquette Juku). Maybe there's a website...
Now seriously folks Carmina exists in a 12 minute
long wind dectet version in 5 movements
(Schott edition and Wergo CD WER 6174)
so I know you definitely don't have to be in a
marching band to render it totally incomprehensible
as wind players are not much used to the usually
long bars lengths (can't count beyond 6)
or Orff's own time notation system.
(e.g. 2/ 1/8th note)
And somebody always forgets to bring his/her
piccolo or more importantly their cor anglais/
English horn and 2nd oboe has difficulty
transposing. Never mind having no contra-bassoon!
Is there not end to one's misery?!

I've heard some really great band performances of the Carmina Burana, but
never a Marching Band do it. Kind of a treat that I'd rather not partake in.
A mini punctuation lesson:

:) is the smiley - meaning even if it a criticism, not meant to offend in
any way
;) is a wink, meaning that the statement is meant as fun, or a joke - not
to be taken at value
#&=*$= is what you say when windows freezes up - yet again
