Ed,

True stories, not just urban legends abound. Fathers that fine tune their kids
fiddles and then glue the pegs in place. I've got a string teacher friend who
swears on a Bible on that one.

Unused tampons down the bell of a trumpet. A missing bass drum beater that I
flushed out of Sousaphone. We could go on and on.
