I know that this is off subject, but this you are group of good
musicians who might be able to help. The South Dakota Symphony is
looking for a principal violist. The one-year job includes quartet
playing, and pays $21,000, which is not bad for the cost of living. If
you know anyone, please have them e-mail me privately, so as not to
"pollute" the list with viola questions.
