By far, one of the most ignorant, idiotic statements
made on this thread. Your point is moot. It is of no
concern to the buyer your costs and "bottom lines", or
whether they understand small business. The customer
most likley has bills to pay also, so don't be obtuse.
You MUST offer a super competitive price and/or unique
service if you plan on keeping the shop open, period.
That, sir, is the bottom line!
